Filmax is the 15P's built-in local media player, with its own shortcut key on the remote. It plays video files you already own on a USB drive, PC or NAS -- BDMV/ISO, MKV, MP4, TS -- with a poster wall and full subtitle, audio-track, downmix, audio-offset and 3D controls.

The air mouse is a pointer mode — you move a cursor around the screen like a mouse, which helps in web pages and apps that a d-pad handles badly. It is exclusive to the remote supplied with the 15P; the 10P+ remote does not have it. A 10P+ remote does still work on a 15P for normal control once paired — just without the air-mouse function.
